For the record, this turned out to be an error in a cheat site page that wrongly showed paint as the answer instead of MIX.
Which 146? There are hundreds or more that could be 146.

Emerson, if you expect someone to be able to help you, you need to give all the details of the puzzle in your posts. The level numbers used in your game do not match up to everyone else, even if they use the same device or same version of the game app.nnDescribe your 4 pics and type the letters they gave you to use with the amount of blank letters in your word. If it's a 6-letter word, it's best to post in that section and so on.
This is BLUFF. A tactical fake in cards also, a steep cliff-side.
I know I've seen all those pics before but, without the letters to use, it's too tricky to narrow it down to the correct answer. If you're still playing, post the full details please.
Most people have completely different level numbers so you need to say what your actual puzzle is in full detail to get help.

That one is MONARCH - the species of butterfly and another word for king or queen. One of the "ladies" is probably King Louis XIV in a black & white portrait.

Level 116 on this site is a 5-letter word. If you want real answers, always describe your 4 pics and include your available letters so anyone can help you in a comment. It helps also to post that comment in the section with say 7-letter answers if that's what you need. Unfortunately the index of levels thing makes little sense.
